+ Karasu has the final say so in any and all matters.
+ All who live here are to answer to Goddess Nyx if she arrives.
+All mares must bear a foal to Karasu within the first month.
+ All foals who are not the seed of Karasu will be traded at six months.
+ Mares and foals have no say in to whom they are traded.
+ Those who step foot on this territory must state their business upon entrance.
+ All visitors must come to Karasu first. If anyone else is approached before the ruler, Karasu will see this as a conspiracy, and both parties will be punished.
+ All mares who wander onto this land are automatically claimed.
+ Mares are not allowed to leave the lands for any reason unless Karasu knows of their whereabouts.
+ Karasu is granted any and all rights to punish his harem and younglings as he sees fit.
