Markings: Black all the way up her legs. The area from her poll, traveling down her neck and across the top of her spine all the way to where her tail bone begins is also black. On the side of her rump, only on her right side, strange black hairs form an usual, but intricate shape. Overall Description: Nyx is of the Lusitano breed. Her frame stands at 16 hands even, and her pure bloodlines are obvious, even from a distance. Her head is nicely shaped with her chiseled cheek bones, and wide dome. Her orbs sit on either side of her crania, and are striking against her colouring. They are a stunning silver, and just around the pupil, the silver fades into a bright sapphire that is very noticeable around the black. Her harks are pointed and tall, the back of them coloured black. The areas just below her eyes, along the line of her cheek bone are also a faded black. Her muzzle is capped in steel grey. Nyx has a thick, slightly arched nape that slops gentle into her wither. Her black locks hang to the left side. Black fades into the dark sun-kissed buckskin colour at the base of where her locks begin, starting at her poll, and traveling down her spine in almost a kiger stripe to the crest of her banner. Her chest is muscled and curves beautifully to meet with her underbelly. Her forelegs meet the ground, and are black from the bottom all the way to where her pillars make first contact with her bodice. It fades into the buckskin colour evenly. Her hind legs are the exact same. Her rear locks are as black as the night. The black that traces from her nape and along her spine spreads out a bit once it reaches her hindquarters, and it almost looks as if soot were rubbed along her bodice, but not below to the sides of her small, yet rounded stomach. Her back is elegantly curved, and flows evenly and flawlessly from her withers to her hindquarters, which are round and muscular. Her mane falls just to where the tips reach her chest, and her banner barely brushes the ground. Her forelock falls to the center of her muzzle, but is usually off to the side, so both of her intriguing pools are visible. Upon her quarters on the right side, a bunch of black hairs form a very unusual pattern. This pattern symbolizes the moon, strength, prosperity, all the elements, equality, and her rank as second in command. History: Nyx was created by the power of Ouranos and Gaia, as all the Gods and Goddesses were. She obviously led a blissful life. Upon her creation as a deity, she was trained for 250 hundred years, and then arranged to bond with the God Dante, whom she had loved since the very beginning. Once she and her love were ready to be a God and Goddess of their own, they set out to find their own world, and discovered untainted Deadimonium. Together the two set laws into place and began to divide this world. They made it so the equines would have abilities of their own. They wanted a world different than Earth. Better. More fit to be a planet. After all the territories were created and divided, Nyx and Dante allowed God Osteo and his mate, Goddess Iris, to join the ranks. Dante gave them each their own territories to watch over for any sign of corruption or revolt, and Deadimonium was finally ready for arrivals. They created a few equines themselves, and watched as the world began to thrive with predators, prey, and equines. Personality: Nyx is a very regal and proper Goddess. She is loyal, and knows whom she is to answer to, and whom she is to give orders to. She follows any orders given to her by her love without question. However, Nyx is the most responsible, and was therefore granted more lands to watch over than Iris and Osteo. She a dove who believe in equality, prosperity, and respect. While she can be quite sweet and ladylike, there's a side of her that knows her duties well, and she fulfills them. While more lenient than her lover, Dante, she can also have a strict hold on what she believes is right. Nyx is a skeptic, and isn't afraid to ask questions, or speak her mind. She's a critic, though her criticism is mostly helpful. While she, as well as the other deities, has all the powers known to Deadimonium, she does not think of herself as flawless. As a matter of fact, she thinks of herself as the most flawed being ever created by Ouranos and Gaia. She is forever loyal to them, before she is ever loyal to Dante, and this had been established while still training. The vixen is a hard worker, and does anything she can to keep equality among lands, and peace withing her terrain, though she is not allowed to interfere all that time. She's the type that knows where her heart lies, and probably the most fierce of all the deities. She a warrior at heart, and a strong believer, especially of the moon, whom she calls Mother. Her powers are the strongest during the night, and it is during this time that she is least fearful of anyone or anything, including Ouranos and Gaia.
